We could produce high quality pipe molds at the support of water press (1500 tons,4500 tons ,6000tons) ,heat treatment furnace and all kinds of machining lathes(2000mm,1600mm and 1250mm) . After the finish of pipe mold,we also have many equipment to inspect to assure it can reach the client requirement ,such as Ultrasonic flaw detector,universal testing machine ,spectrometer,metallurgical microscopy,hardness meter etc…we also can accept the third party inspection .
