Structure and performance:
The structure is designed by Taiwan press. The press is frame structure. There is main cylinder and one fast cylinder to finish mold clamping action. There are two extruding cylinder to extrude and form the pieces. Two extruding cylinder has fast cylinder to complete quick move and return.
Auto action sequences as below:
Skip car move and feeding→Skip car return→Slider quick down→ Slider slow down and pressing→Slider dwell→side cylinder pistons quickly move→side cylinder piston pressing→side cylinder piston return→ main cylinder release, and slider return→stop.
